One of Those Days...

I’ve been having one of those days today... You know the ones where you can’t get out of bed, your stomach is in insane cramp mode, your anger is off the charts of normal and you feel ugly. There is not a single thing that took away this state today. Except for the brief trip to the grocery store where I got excited about the sales I found. But the truth is, these days are real and they happen to all of us. And it is so easy to look back on the day and feel guilty that you yelled at this person, or didn’t play with your child enough or didn’t get out of your pyjamas. But it’s just as easy to have a shower, eat some chocolate and go to bed knowing tomorrow will be a better day. Here’s to all my friends having this type of day, tomorrow is a new day with a fresh start, I can’t wait to see you there.
